2. Purpose
YTRoulette is an independent project for discovering YouTube videos by category and random selection. Accounts allow users to save videos and organise lists. Videos play from YouTube; YTRoulette does not host their audiovisual files.
3. Use of the service
Use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not access other people’s accounts, bypass security measures, overload the service or infringe third-party rights. Keep your credentials private and report unauthorised access. You may request account deletion by contacting the operator.
4. Intellectual property and content
Rights in videos, music, images, trademarks and other content belong to their respective owners. Display through the YouTube player does not grant a licence to download, reuse or commercially exploit that content.
YTRoulette’s own materials are protected under applicable law. Reuse beyond legally permitted uses requires permission from the relevant rights holder. YTRoulette is independent and is not sponsored or operated by YouTube, Google, Meta or the other platforms mentioned.
5. Availability, links and reports
Video availability depends on its owner and YouTube. Videos may be removed, restricted or cease to allow embedding. Categories and metadata may contain errors and available figures are not necessarily current. Use the report function or contact the operator about problems.
We aim to keep the service working but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. External links lead to third-party services. These conditions do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited or override mandatory user rights.
6. Privacy, cookies and contributions
The privacy policy explains personal data processing; the cookie policy explains browser technologies. Voluntary contributions through Buy Me a Coffee take place on its platform under its conditions. YTRoulette does not request or store your card details.
7. Applicable law and contact
Spanish law and, where applicable, European Union law apply. Disputes are subject to the courts competent under applicable rules, respecting consumer and user rights.
